Deployed Engineers (DEs) are customer-facing technical experts who help customers maximize the value they get out of Devin. You’ll lead all technical aspects of the pre-sales process, designing compelling product demos, executing pilots, and working closely with engineering organizations to identify and delegate the right use cases to Devin. Beyond initial engagement, you’ll design and deliver ongoing training programs and enablement resources to help customers roll out Devin to thousands of engineers.
What you will do
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, making sure customers are successful using Devin
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin
- Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption
- Listen to customer feedback, implement requested features yourself, and advocate for customers’ needs with the rest of the team
- Exercise your product instincts to help set the roadmap
What we are looking for
- Degree in a STEM field
- Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
- Natural relationship-builder, excellent communicator comfortable discussing complex technical topics with customers at all levels
- Thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn
